Crank-turn window part

Need to identify part for crank-turn window. It is the piece that fits on the end of a metal x-shaped bar that pushes window open from the bottom

It has 31878 on it.

Thank you soooo much!!! We had a window replacement company come out and they wanted to charge us $6,000 for an entire window group just because that one piece is not working!!'
You just saved us a ton of money!

Yep, that's how they do things. You were smart to seek a second opinion. Take it from me: if any professional ever tells you to just flat out buy a new window, don't believe them. In my experience it's almost never necessary. Even if the parts aren't made anymore, which they often aren't, you can usually get lucky and find something on eBay.
