Thanks for posting. This is an awning window operator. We may be able to replace it, but we need to see the following: An undamaged version, with the link arm that comes out of the back fully intact. We need to see the style of that arm and the hole at its end. The hole pattern on the top and bottom screw tabs. We'll do our best to help from there.
