Hi. Took these photos before seeing your website. Window is currently open about half way, won't close. If this enough info for you to suggest a replacement, or should I take more pics and look for a brand name and model number. This is for a rental house so will need to make appointment to go view again. Let me know.

Hey Darin. If that gear the handle pops onto is stripped, it is a sign that unfortunately the entire operator should be replaced. We can help, but what I need to see is the entire mechanism, including the arms, from a bird's eye perspective. If you can show me the whole assembly, I should be able to narrow down what you need. Thanks.
