Crank window

A landlord from Philadelphia says:
Hello,

I have a crank window as showing in the attached pictures.

The crank itself functions, but a piece that attaches to the window and crank has broken. Is this a piece you have?

Thanks,
Nabeel

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see a picture of the entire crank so that we can determine the hardware that it's supposed to work with. Thank you!

Here's an additional picture.

Thanks!

I'm afraid I've never run into this before. Would it be possible to see the whole hinge out of the window? I really don't recognize this. It's possible we're just looking at it wrong, but we can't find anything similar to what you're showing us. I'd like to see as much of it as possible.

Thanks for the additional photos. Take a look at the operator 39-433. This looks like the one you're showing. The bracket that goes with it is the 39-433B. Review both parts and let us know what you think.
