This is a very, very old operator. We don't sell anything quite like it and there is a good chance you won't find a good match on the market.

One possible option is our 39-449 and its related hardware, which I've listed below. However there is no guarantee that these parts will work without extensive alteration of your sill to accept the new style. Even after that there is no guarantee.

Ultimately you may want to contact a local professional to come out and look at this project for you. I don't think it's going to be an easy one.
