This looks like a 39-114L handle. Just make sure the hole that fits around the operator spline has a diameter of 11/32". For a new cover, see the 39-107. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I need the entire crank mechanism

In that case, I will need to see the entire operator assembly, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window closed. I should be able to pinpoint this from there.

The extension arm from the crank mechanism is approx 9" long
