I am attempting to identify this window hardware so that I can replace it. Thank you. It measure 4 1/2 in in height and around 2 1/4 in in width

Take a look at our 39-258 left handed operator. That could be what you are looking for. The right hand side is our 39-259, if you need it. Carefully compare our specs to your own to ensure that they match.
