Crank window latching mechanism

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your photos here all show the tie bar guide. This is a plastic hook that secures to the frame and keeps the tie bar stable as it locks and unlocks the window. Is this what you needed? If so, my top suggestion is the 39-448.

You also mentioned that you need window crank handles, but I don't see those in your photos. If at all possible, please take a clear photo of that part for me to review. If you needed any other component of this window, please make sure to list it out and submit a respective photo.
