Crank window mechanism replacement

We recently bought a house and one of the window crank mechanisms are broken.

Here is a photo of another window. What replacement is appropriate for this?

Hi Angela,

I believe you'll need the 39-220B and 39-221B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operators to replace what you have. To confirm that this is the correct match, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.
