Thanks for posting! When I search the part information you provide, 2119 R1, our 39-375, 39-376 and our 39-114L are what come up as past recommendations. These are all Truth brand products, the 39-232 is a Roto product. Given that information, I am not sure that this will be the correct replacement.
To determine if the handle you've selected is the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the the casement operator.
