Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks like you need a stud bracket of some sort but I can't get a good look at it from this photo alone. Would it be possible to see it removed from the window sash? It'd also be helpful to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
