Crank window - purchased in 2006
Thanks
Annette
Hi Annette,
Thanks for reaching out! There is a chance we may have the window crank needed to repair your window but I'll need to see a photo of the entire crank to identify it. I'll need to see clear photos of the base of the operator as well as its arm(s) and how it attachments to the bottom of the swinging window sash. You may need to detach the arm of the operator from the window.
If you are looking to replace the hardware in the vertical sliding window, I'll need to see the hardware removed from this window to identify it. Unfortunately, I am not able to tell the exact hardware needed from the photo of the window alone.
Your window lock has a similar design to our 90-323 Sash Lock and Keeper Set. You'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions to determine if it is the right replacement.
Thanks for the additional photos. The balances you have are Extended-Travel Channel Balances and will need to be custom assemblies. I'm happy to provide an order link for the balances but I'll need to confirm a few details.
To start, please confirm the channels lengths are 17-7/8" and 20-7/8" respectively. I'll also need to know the exact number of each balance stamp you'll need; there is a quantity minimum of (2) for custom orders.
The window lock reminds me of the 38-095 Maxim Multi-Point Slider. You'll need to compare the dimensions to be sure that it is the right replacement for your window.
