Crank windows

I need the part between the articulated arm and the gear on the crank. As is now the crank rotates non stop without opening or closing the window. The window moves freely when manually pushed in or out. The part was broken by a gust of wind while having the window in the open position, so I don't foresee any other issues with one of them. However I do have a second window with the same part but it was previously broken and I don't know how, so I could possibly need other parts just not sure at this point in time.
