Crank with Handle to open Casement windows

Question

We have about 7-8 windows that can't be opened and most of the windows are hard to operate. I want to replace the crank with handle and the arm that don't work.
Also any other suggestion for making opening window smooth.

I have posted the parts photos.

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! Your casement operator reminds me a lot of our 39-032 Truth Dual-Arm Operator (the opposite handed version is part 39-031). These operators are compatible with the 39-107 cover along with the 39-114L non-folding handle, like the one you have or the folding crank handle, part 39-205. Another replacement option is the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and handle kit.

The best suggestion we can offer in regard to making opening the window a bit more smooth is to clean the window tracks of debris and keep it lubricated.
