Crank and Screw replacement

A quick learner from Kentwood, MI says:
I am working on cleaning up the window cranks. We have several that the long screw attached to the crank won't turn to "close" the window or is missing the crank and long screw attachment. It looks like it is "stripped". Can the two parts be bought?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

You are absolutely right. The worm gears are stripped so you will need replacement operators. There are possibilities that our 39-031 and 39-032 can work. Take a look. However, I'd really like to see those arms to say for certain.

A home owner from Carmel CA says:
Can you advise on what part number this is? There are three arms coming out of the crank mechanism. What's broken is the sheath that holds the threaded shaft in place so that the window can be closed, ie it opens fine. Also, it looks like the screws that are holding the mechanism in place are under a wood sill, which I would prefer not to remove. Is there a simple fix for this? We've had about 4 of these mechanisms fail, both right & left handed.

Both the 39-114L hand e and 39-205 fold down crank handle could work for these mechanisms.

A quick learner from Kentwood, MI says:
I noticed two different handles on your site. Which would fit this item above. I need a couple of handles to order.
