Looks like your worm gear stripped out. This isn't something that can be repaired or replaced, so you need an all new operator assembly.

We can help, but I will require a clear photo of the complete operator out of the window. If you are unable to remove it at this time, then I at least need to see as much of it as you can show with the window open. The more of it I can see, the better our chances are of finding you a good match, so full removal is ideal.
