Cranks are broken

A quick learner says:
Can't find a company to purchase complete assembly for my windows. The cranks have model number 30905. The tracks we ordered from another company seem to be correct. Id much rather purchase everything from one company correctly. Please help.

The link arm looks pretty banged up, so it's a bit tough to tell, but I am wondering if this is our 39-171 Operator. Compare the dimensions and let me know your thoughts.
