I have found a marking OP052929 on the shaft.

Under crank, on the dust cover, (image 0399) is marking op05-7554-03 22/03 08:08:53

Some O's may be zeros

The operator shown in your photos resembles the 39-330. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your assembly. We also offer the 39-329 opposite-handed version. Thanks for posting!

The dimensions seem to be different. See 10", not8"

Your measurement appears to be including the operator base. You would need to only measure the arms, which attach at the center of the base.
