Cranks and slots on bottom left of windows

Just purchased a home with these windows. I have no idea who manufactured them. I need a couple of replacement cranks. The crank arm is connected by a rivet rather than a screw. Also, what are the empty slots on the bottom left of the windows

for.

Hey, Chris. I think we can replace this, but I'd you to remove the operator from the window and show us a clear shot of the link arm. I can't make it out from your photo. That should be the last thing we need to see in order to find a match.
