I finally got my window sash out and one of the top sash guide is broken. So I am thinking to purchase two top sash guides and two window channel balances from your website. It seems 24" channel balance (2350) is the right one, but I'm not sure about the top sash guide (still browsing through your website).
The guide has what looks like a cap with a hollow tube to tie into the top of the window.
Could you please help me choose the right parts? I attached some pictures of my top sash guide and window channel balances for your reference.

I've seen this top sash guide before, but it hasn't been made in a long time. We can offer a generic replacement, which is the 18-008. I can't guarantee this will work but you may be able to cut off the top part of your guide with the screw way and place it above the new 18-008. It's not elegant, and it's no guarantee, but it may be worth considering if you're handy.
