Credenza door guide

We have an old credenza that I am fixing up. Not sure of the technical name but I am trying to find the guide inserts for the doors that run on the wooden built in track system. See attached pictures. Guide is 1/8" thick. Each door has 4 guides inserts, two on top and two on bottom. The track is built so the doors can slide past each other.

This is a very clever door guide. Simple, but effective. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a match for it! The only type guide we carry like it is the 23-207, which is a screw on type. Do you think you could get that to work?
