Cresline hand crank mechanism. 1 left and 1 right

Good afternoon, I am looking to purchase 2 window crank mechanism's on a customers windows. I measured the old casing and it appears to be 5". the spline is in the center of the casing and appears to have a type of threaded piece between the handle and the body. Please advise where to find these. Thank You
