Crest-O-Pane 77-87 Window Bottom Spring Hardware that attaches to Side of Window Pane

Looking for replacement part for Crest-O-Pane 77-87 Window Bottom Spring Hardware that attaches to Sides of Window. My house was built in 1978 and I have several Crest-O-Pane windows that have broken plastic spring holder hardware that is located at the bottom of the spring. Looking for parts to replace. The springs are OK, just the plastic part is broken. Thank you for your time and consideration.
