It appears the gear is stripped on this truth window. Not sure what other info you need. This is from a 1990s home

We can absolutely replace this operator. I recommend looking at our 39-031 and 39-032 to start out. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to ensure that everything lines up, but otherwise I think these will work well for your window.
