Crest line casement window tie bar guide for lock mechanism

I'm not sure, I actually don't recognize this part. Would it be possible to see a picture of this while it's installed? 

Thanks! I just couldn't find a tie bar guide that looks like this. However, I think you can use our 39-417 to replace this, even though the design is a little different. The video below should show you how this works.
