Crestline Casement Window Replacement Parts (crank handle and operator cover)

Hi,

For Crestline casement windows (ID code on window is K09594X27B3P), I need the following replacement parts:

Crank handle (When I turn the cranks, the pin at the crank handle joint falls out)and hardware operator cover.

Both parts needed in beige.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on your description of the problem, your handle is probably still in good condition. It's the operator that has broken; that pin is not supposed to come out and if it is then that means the gears have stripped out.

These can't be repaired or replaced, so you need an all new operator. I will need a photo of the rest of your operator mechanism in order to make a recommendation. I basically just need to see as much of it as possible in one shot so that I can match it up to one of our parts. Please let me know if that would be possible.

The cover, at least, is a match for our 39-107. This is available in beige.
