Crestline casement window

Question

is the small plastic slide that exists on the top and bottom of the window replaceable? the slide slips into a groove that moves with the widow movement.
Mine broke when reinstalling window.

It sounds like you may be referring to part of the hinge. Unfortunately, the plastic slide is not available separately but we do offer hinge sets such as the 36-048. To determine if this could work for you, we would need to see photos of your original hinge assembly. Thank you!
