Crestline casement window hardware

Broken crank assembly and cover on older Crestline casement hardware. I have 4 windows with the same parts that are worn (not yet broken). This window is approximately 28in x 32in.

Thanks for posting. This might be the 39-031 Dual-Arm Operator. Just make sure the dimensions match what we show below. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
