The window in pics will open window but won't close window so I'm hoping you can tell me what replacement I need from the plastic piece that locks unit crank to window or every thing you think I need to replace help !!!!!!!if you need anything else let me know

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your operator appears to be stripped. With that said, take a look at the 39-032 and 39-156 operators. Review the dimensions for each and see which one matches up with your old assembly.
