It cranks open but not closed. Crank keeps coming out.

It looks like your worm gear stripped out. You will need an all new operator. I recommend starting with our 39-031 and 39-032. Carefully compare our measurements to yours to confirm that everything lines up. If they do, then these should repair your window.
