Crestline pivot arm

Hello
I have Crestline double hung windows and I'm looking for the pivot arm. The code on the window is V25604V69C5M. These were installed in 2004 if that is helpful. Please see attached

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm familiar with this pivot bar and the window model it comes from (Vinyl Crest 300), but the bad news is that this is not a part we're able to provide, and nothing in our inventory is compatible. You will need to contact a Crestline dealer near you to see if this might be something they can provide directly.
