Crestline sliding patio door seal

Question

I'm looking for the side jam and header seals. Might be called a Kurf seal or kirf- in seal. See pictures. It's for a crestline Sliding patio door. Purchased 2002-2003.

This looks very similar to our 58-200 but compare our dimensions to your old seal to see if this matches what you need.
