Crestline three panel patio sliding door

Question

I need the weatherstripping or seal for this door. I believe it may be a Crestline door. My best quests is that it may have been installed in 1993. Please help. The only marking on the door is a number on the metal window frame.

I have included photos of:

1. The three panel door

2. The weatherstripping needed

3. The damaged weatherstripping at the base of the sliding door

4. The only identifying marking on the door which is located at the top of the center panel window.

The number is: E27393Z27C3M.
