Question

I purchased Crestline windows from Menards and they are now saying they stopped manufacturing vinyl windows and recommended your company for a replacement.

HI Ted,

Thanks for writing in! The balances you have here will need to be a custom assembly. Your balance shoe is a unique knife lock shoe and will need to be replaced with the 15-197 Black Locking Terminal.

To ensure we are providing your with the right replacements, I'll to confirm if your balances are screwed in at the top of the window or if they are attached using a clip.

Also, the stamp from y our balance cannot be cross-referenced with the one on our existing channel. That said, I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash.
