I need both left and right window cranks mechanisms because the handles come off when you try to crank the windows open. I'd like to replace it all.

Hello there. Yes, when the operator spline is stripped or not working right with the handle, it's a sign the whole mechanism should be replaced. Can you show us the entire mechanism, including the arm(s) that move the window? A bird's eye view would be best. That would help narrow down what you need.

Perfect, thanks. This looks like it could be the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators. Just make sure the dimensions match what we show below. Let me know if anything differs. For new covers and handles, see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
