Crestline window cranks

The first 3 pictures are of what I call the left had window, the last 2 pictures are of what I call the right hand window. I need the new cranks for both windows. The numbers on the left hand plate are-45108, on the other side of the plate the # is 4. The # on the left arm is 40575. The #'s on the right hand plate are 45018 the single # on the right hand plate is 1. An the #'s on the right handed arm are 40574. The brand name is - Truth.
