Thanks for posting. For your Sash Lock, see our 38-075. Compare the dimensions listed on the product page to your old lock and see if it would work for you. As far as your casement operator goes, we can help you replace this, but we will need to see it removed from the window, with link arm(s) in full view. That should help us identify what you need.
