Hello there. I believe this is the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator (its opposite-handed version is the 39-032). Just make sure the dimensions of the arms listed below match what you have. Let me know if anything differs, at all. For new handles and covers, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.

Hi - I don't know if this is the place I should ask/post this, but I think I have the same issue with the same Crestline Window Cranks. Can you please give it a look and give me your input?

Hello, Barry. Have you seen the 39-031 and 39-032 that Bob recommended above? If not, that should be your first step. If you find that our operators differ from yours in any way, let us know how and we can work from there.
