I need help identifying these crossbars and the locks. The crossbars are metal.

The lock looks to be a match for our 90-005. I'm afraid I don't know what a crossbar is in this context. Your other photos show several different parts, though I wouldn't call any of them a crossbar. Can you clarify what the function of this part is? Seeing it removed from the window for clarity would also be helpful.

I think I will need to send a video to show the parts and construction of the window properly. Is there a way I can send a video, for exmple a whatapp or something.

The part I need is the muntins/sashbars as shown in the attached diagram. It is a metal construction window. The muntins/sashbars are made of a "V" shaped very light-weight and thin semi-flexible sheet metal which is placed on the outdoor side of the window (aluminum I think). The thin sheet metal seams to help hold the glass in place. It is butted up against a lip on the outside edge of the window making pressure against the glass.

One part I need looks similar to the ones you have on the glazing page. https://www.swisco.com/cl/Snap-in-Glazing

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell mutins of any kind. Our glazing bead also won't replace that kind of strip. For that, you will need to reach out to the original manufacturer for assistance.
