Crossly Door Roller Assembly

Question

I bought the 81-001 item because my neighbor bought it and fixed his door. His door works fine now but it seems the wheels are a bit small and even with adjusting it the door just drags open and shut. Any ideas?

Crossly only uses this one type of roller, as far as I know, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Try having someone hold the door up on one end while you adjust the door roller. Turning it clockwise should raise the wheel. Also, check your track. If it's worn or damaged, that may be the issue.
