Thank you for posting! I think you might want to consider our 39-182 as a possible replacement for your window. Check it out and let me know what you think.

The image you sent of Product Code: 39-182 does not look like the correct one.

I have attached a photo showing the handle in the open position and the screw hole measurements

Ah, yes. Looking at your operator removed is a big help. We don't have this exact part, but take a look at 39-346. This is a whole kit with different sized arms that may work for you.
