I am pretty sure we can help, but we need to see the metal arm(s) that connect this operator to the window, i.e. we need to see the entire assembly. A bird's eye perspective is usually most helpful. From there we'll do our best to narrow this down for you. 

They're very helpful, thank you! I recommend looking at our 39-139 (9-1/2" long arm) and 39-142 (11" long arm) to start out. The only difference is arm size, so check yours to confirm. Please also note that both operators have a thin metal wheel at the end of their arms. You should have that, too, but I recommend checking just to be 100% sure.
