Thanks for posting. If you're looking to replace your casement operator, I'm afraid we do not have an exact substitute. We've talked to Andersen multiples times over the years, and they have no direct replacement. What we've typically done is recommend our 39-264 Operator. You may also need the 39-362 adapting plate, which is used to help the 39-264 install on some specific Andersen windows made after 1999. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee this substitute will work for you; at least one customer has complained the 39-264 proved to be too big for their window. Still, it may be your best bet for a replacement option. Go over the dimensions listed on the product page and see what you think.
