Looks like you're looking for an old plastic drawer guide. We might have a match, but before I recommend anything I will need to know how large the opening is that accepts the track. Please let me know if you can measure that for me and I will then check our inventory.

That's pretty large. It sounds like you're giving the size of the drawer opening, but what I need is the opening of the plastic guide you're actually looking to purchase. Basically, I need to check to make sure we sell something that will fit your existing track. You will have to remove the guide from the drawer, or at least remove the track, and measure the opening so that I can see if we have the same size.
