Current pivot and spiral balance

I am looking for the attached pivot shoe as well as the adaptable spiral balance.

It's tough to know what will work without knowing the dimensions of your old pivot shoe, but it looks like the discontinued Carefree window pivot shoe. If so, consider our 15-134 along with the 26-297 tilt bar. Just make sure the dimensions all match up.
