Custom Balance

Question

I need two balance window parts;
One with the dimension on the first two pictures, Ultra Lift 28-54lbs.
And another one with the dimensions on the 3rd and 4th picture, Ultra Lift 35-65lbs.

Can you let me know the price for those two?
