Custom Balance

Thanks for reaching out to us! We can help with this though it must be a custom order due to the channel length and 7/8" shoe depth. However, it looks like you may be showing two different balances here. One has winged top and bottom fittings while the other has a wingless top fitting and winged bottom fitting. Can you confirm if the wings broke off? You can also check an identical window in the house, if possible, as a reference.

It's very odd for a window to have two different balance configurations installed on either side. They should be identical. That means someone must have installed the wrong part in this window at some point in the past, but I have no way of determining which one.

As this is a custom order, you'll need to decide which one you want us to make for you. The one that has a non-winged top or the one that has the winged top. 

As for the shoe, at 7/8" deep, that would be our 15-029.

Once you verify which version of these balances you want, we can move forward with this custom order.

Thanks for verifying! That would be our Series 380, but custom made with a special 28-1/2" long metal channel.
