Custom 12" Long Channel Balance

A quick learner from USA says:
Hello, I am wondering if you have the S350 in a 12" length? The ones I need to replace are 12" long, not including the plastic top and bottom parts. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for posting. Sure, we'd be happy to make these up for you. Can you just show us pictures of the nylon fittings on either end of the balance? Can you also show us the stamp code on the metal channel? Finally, how many balances do you need? From there we'll get this started.

A quick learner from USA says:
Hi,
I cannot get a look at the stamp on the side of it right now, if it is critical, then I will have to wait until after the first of the year to send that .

I do know that the plastic top and bottom part are the ones pictured on this page:
https://www.swisco.com/cl/Series-350-Channel-Balances

It looks like the part #'s are 19-002 for the top, and 15-004 for the bottom.

I'll look for your reply. One more question, what will the 12" versions cost?

Thanks in advance!

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hello again! I just wanted to let you know that we're still looking into this. Ordinarily, this balance would have to be a custom order, but we're looking into having this added to our site as a standard option. That way no custom process will be necessary. I'll get back to you ASAP once we have confirmation.

I have great news. Our S350-12 is now in our catalog as a standard part and may be purchased at your convenience. Let me know if you have any questions!
