Hello I am looking for Pella Impervia SH balance replacements item # 3540 with length of metal component 35 11/16 inches. Thanks for reaching out. To determine if we are able to provide you with the replacement balances you are searching for, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.
The other information does help but the photos will help to ensure we are providing you with the correct replacements, especially if they are a custom/special balance.

I am sorry that balances are broken. my handyman only removed the broken ones. I have included photos of parts.
