Custom Balance Order

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this.  It will just have to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp. That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. Can you measure the bottom shoe's depth as shown below and tell us what you get?

Thank you for getting back to us. We can supply a balance with a 1.032" deep shoe, which would be the best we can offer. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable, so it's a good idea to confirm the precise depth of the shoe before placing the order.

With that said,  I'm going to email you a purchase link for (10) 20-9 balances, which you can use to place an order on our website. Note that there is a 5-6 week lead time.

Hello! We were just notified that the manufacturer of the replacement balances no longer makes the wingless 1.032" deep shoe. 

However, what we can offer is what we call an Apex channel balance. It would have the same spring strength, and the shoe will look a bit different and measures 1.088" in overall depth. We've attached what the shoe would look like below, except that it would be wingless. Would that be something you're interested in? Please let us know, and we can update the order. 

Hi again! We updated your order, but the manufacturer just informed us that the bottom shoe will actually be winged, as shown in the photo above. If you can't fit the wings into the window frame, you will need to snip the wings off. My apologies for the back and forth! We'll be here if you have any questions.
